Limited User Accounts

Hello.

I need to create a user account that will have zero access to anything outside its own /home/user folder in order to use my laptop for a final next week. I have tried using the "create user" in the Kubuntu system settings, but even with no groups associated with the username it still has access to other account directories. Who's got the answer for this?

Access is only limited to looking at directories. Can not execute any commands.

Thanks- I got about that far, and found out that was all I was required to do. Just trying to "sanitize" my laptop to use it in a final exam..
