chinese QQ on an English language distro

So difficult to find out, which distro comes with equivalents to IME, multi language support and QQ in Chinese.
I will administer in English just need QQ and email to be bi lingual.

grab a disteo, then run?

Why does it have to be the Distro?
You will find much more information if you install a distro you like that has good software repositories and something like Synaptic, then you can root around looking for the software using the search facilities, once you have installed the repositories
