In a world where everything is designed to amaze and distract, it's awfully difficult to get a user's attention. This article shows several techniques that use a combination of PHP, Dynamic HTML (DHTML), and Asynchronous JavaScript + XML (Ajax) to throw content right into users' lines of sight so that it really grabs their attention.
